1. About Polarity

Polarity is an exploratory, foundation-incubated creative project produced by the Evens Foundation, currently in an intentionally exploratory “Year One” phase. Content on this Website, including descriptions of the project and its aims, reflects work in progress and should not be read as claiming particular outcomes or results.

2. Ownership and intellectual property

2.1. All content on this Website — including text, design elements, and the Polarity name and visual identity — is the intellectual property of the Evens Foundation, unless otherwise stated, and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

2.2. You may view and share content from this Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, with proper attribution. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Website content without our prior written consent is not permitted.

3. The Polarity open call

3.1. The Website may host an open call inviting content creators to apply to join the Polarity creator network. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, funding, or any other outcome.

3.2. By submitting an application, you confirm that the materials you provide (including any content samples or links) are your own work, or that you have the right to share them, and you grant the Evens Foundation permission to review these materials for the purposes of the selection process.

3.3. You retain ownership of your own content and channels. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of an applicant's own social media channels, content, or intellectual property to the Evens Foundation.

3.4. Selection criteria, timelines, and the scope of the creator network are set at the Evens Foundation's discretion and may change between rounds.

4. Acceptable use

When using this Website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes, and not to engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or impair the Website or interfere with other users' access to it.

5. Links to third parties

This Website may link to third-party platforms, including creators' own channels on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. These links are provided for information only; we do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party platforms.
